The Tim Talbert Project Band was formed in 1996 in Columbus, Ohio by Ohio native, Tim Talbert. Tim was able to play music without any music instruction at a very early age, which allowed him to provide music for the church he attended at the age of 13 and later play with choirs and many bands, and ultimately travel the world playing music. The band is always comprised of talented musicians and vocalists and the band strives to deliver the most exciting and energetic show at every performance, playing music from many different genres. Tim also loves to take requests from his audience. Wedding Recep Music and Bands , Birthday Parties, Special Events, and just about any event needing live music comes to life with The Tim Talbert Project Band!
After forming The Tim Talbert Project, the band did well but Tim decided to relocate to Florida. Once there, he once again assembled a group of musicians and played Ebor City in Tampa, Florida. After 5 years, Tim again decided to relocate. First stop, back to Columbus, Ohio. Tim stayed in Columbus for 1 year, and then relocated to Lexington, Ky. under a music contract from Now Faith Worship Center. When that contract was up, Tim stayed in Lexington and once again formed The Tim Talbert Project. Tim has found great pleasure in playing music for just about any event and has enjoyed a long musical relationship with Saxophonist Mike "Snakebite" Roberts, who is from Columbus, Ohio as well. Joined by awesome vocalists, musicians, and DJ's, The Tim Talbert Project Band continues to provide music for Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and surrounding areas.
Tim is currently constructing his debut album entitled "The Music In My Head". He has released one debut song from the album and expects to have the entire album available September of 2023. There will also be a video released with each song. Stay in touch with Tim Talbert. You'll be glad you did!
